The role
ATP Atelier is looking for a commercially driven and strategically minded E-commerce Manager to join our team in Stockholm. This is a broad and dynamic position at the heart of our DTC business – where you will lead the entire e-commerce operation and take full ownership of our digital sales performance and customer experience.
The ideal candidate is passionate about fueling sales growth, hitting targets, and continuously enhancing the customer journey online — driven by turning visitors into loyal customers.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in logistics, operations, design and brand to launch products, campaigns and drive commercial initiatives. With a natural sense for trade, a sharp eye for detail and strong ownership, you enjoy switching between execution and strategic planning – and take pride in creating a best-in-class e-com experience.

Responsibilities
- Own the full digital customer journey across e-com touchpoints – focusing on conversion, UX and sales
- Optimize the Shopify store using analytics, A/B testing, heatmaps and customer feedback
- Plan and execute seasonal product launches, campaigns, promotions and markdowns
- Maintain site functionality and speed across all devices – coordinate tech fixes and improvements as needed
- Manage and optimize product content: pricing, categorization, copy and imagery
- Partner with logistics and operations to ensure product availability and timely launches
- Drive the online pre-buy process using customer demand, trends and sales insights – partnering with Assortment & Buying to shape and confirm the seasonal assortment
- Own and execute digital marketing activities – including performance marketing, paid social, email campaigns and other traffic-driving initiatives
- Own and execute the CRM strategy across DTC channels, including newsletters, automated flows, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking using Klaviyo
- Oversee the full DTC order flow from checkout to delivery, ensuring a smooth customer experience in close collaboration with the retail team
- Track and report on e-commerce KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion, bounce rate etc.) and translate data into actionable improvements
Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience working in e-commerce, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or DTC
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Analytics and performance tools
- Proven sales focus and commercial instinct – you're driven by numbers, conversion and customer behavior
- Structured, self-sufficient and comfortable working across teams to make things happen
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and CRM tools – experience with Klaviyo is a plus
- Fluent in Swedish and English
