The role

We are looking for a business driven change maker to take on the role as our Head of Growth to build and scale our company on a global level. You should take a holistic approach and evaluate growth opportunities across all international sales channels, having a broad understanding of many topics that range from international GTM strategies to performance marketing. You have to be competent in complex analytics, very data driven and able to translate this into insights and commercial opportunities. You are someone who can balance commerciality and brand identity and feels comfortable navigating both online and offline. Head of Growth is an influential leadership role where you have to understand how to integrate efforts, working with cross-functional teams, motivating and leading our high-performing B2B and B2C departments. Most importantly, you are passionate about change management, can identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives beyond current organizational thinking, to build and scale our company on a global level.

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in both traffic and revenue to all existing commercial channels while also identifying, implementing, and testing new tools and tactics to achieve global growth
  • Lead our dedicated B2B and B2C teams to successful results, through strong leadership skills, growth experience and digital marketing expertise
  • Set and manage global budget and monitor performance, maximizing return on investment,  building brand awareness while integrating both commercial and marketing needs
  • Measure key KPIs and analytics, by market & channel, reporting to ATP Atelier’s CEO
  • Understand the ATP Atelier culture, setting individual and team development plans, fostering a high-performing, entrepreneurial environment
  • Manage, negotiate & optimize ongoing relationships with agencies and partners
  • Leverage industry insights and have a deep understanding of the fashion and/or lifestyle segment, Identifying new business opportunities including new markets, industry trends, customer segments, partnerships and services

 

Qualifications

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking with experience in change management
  • Competent in complex analytics, very data driven and able to translate this into insights and growth opportunities
  • Strong and experienced leader who is able to set direction, generate commitment and balance short and long-term needs
  • Broad understanding of many topics that range from SEO to paid advertising to Google Analytics to landing page design, then deep knowledge in one or two
  • Excellent with cost/spend tracking and overall budget management
  • Excellent at working in a fast-paced environment and comfortable in decision making
  • Experience within the fashion and lifestyle industry is required
  • Currently Stockholm based or open to relocate
  • Strong communication skills in English
